Ekaterina Shakalova Wins Unanimous Decision
In the main event of Bellator Paris, Magomed Magomedov defeated Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) to capture the Bellator Light Heavyweight Championship. Magomedov controlled the fight from start to finish, using his superior wrestling to take Yagshimuradov down and keep him there. He also landed some heavy shots on the ground, which eventually led to the TKO victory.
In the co-main event, Ekaterina Shakalova defeated Kristina Williams via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-27). Shakalova used her superior striking to keep Williams at bay, and she also took her down several times. Williams was able to land some good shots of her own, but it wasn't enough to overcome Shakalova's superior overall game.
The rest of the Bellator Paris card featured a number of exciting fights, including a submission win by Akhmed Magomedov, a knockout win by Mansour Barnaoui, and a decision win by Yaroslav Amosov.
